My journey began as an education director for an after-school care program, where I delved into the realm of teen coaching 13 years ago. It didn't take long for me to recognize the significant challenges that students face and the subsequent impact it has on their lives. Through this realization, I became deeply committed to addressing the gaps in their personal development, primarily stemming from a lack of profound purpose and confidence.
Driven by my passion for education and youth development, I transitioned into charter school education, where I spent five enriching years as a STEM teacher. My dedication and innovative teaching methods were recognized with awards, solidifying my reputation as an exceptional science educator. Teaching not only honed my strategic thinking and instilled in me a data-driven approach, but it also refined my capacity to genuinely listen and comprehend the unspoken needs of students.

I have always dreamed of owning my own school of thought, little did I know that my passion to become an etiquette coach would birth a Charm School.
Build it
This School is focused on bringing honor back to society. We are heavy on character and since a child it has always been evident to me that there is a disproportionate gap between guidance and confidence I.C.E aims to fix that through our one of a kind communication based instruction.
